Welcome to ShotFlix, the OTT platform operated by Paperstone Productions. By accessing or using ShotFlix, you agree to comply with the following Terms of Use. Please read these terms carefully before accessing or using the platform.

1. Content Usage:
a. All content available on ShotFlix, including short films, movies, web series, music videos, and feature films, is the intellectual property of their respective creators and/or Paperstone Productions. You may not download, reproduce, distribute, or use any content from the platform without obtaining proper authorization or as permitted by law.

b. Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any form of unauthorized copying, distribution, or sharing of content. Any such actions may lead to legal consequences.

2. Account Registration:

  ii. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or interfere with its operation.
 iii. Upload or transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
 iv. Engage in any form of disruptive behavior or harass other users.

b. Users are solely responsible for their interactions and engagements with other users or third-party services linked on ShotFlix.

4. Content Submission:
a. If you choose to submit any content to ShotFlix, including user reviews, comments, or original creations, you grant Paperstone Productions a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute the content for promotional purposes.

b. By submitting content, you confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to do so and that the content does not infringe upon any third-party rights.

5. Termination:
a. Paperstone Productions reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user's access to ShotFlix for violating these Terms of Use or engaging in any harmful activities.

b. Paperstone Productions may also modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of ShotFlix at any time without prior notice.

6. Disclaimer:
a. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date content, ShotFlix and its content are provided on an "as-is" basis. Paperstone Productions makes no warranties or representations about the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of the content.

b. Paperstone Productions shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of ShotFlix.

7. Governing Law:
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
